I don’t quite get how text shows up in the notes section

Internet Explorer gave me a heart attack

What’s the deal with Internet Explorer anyways? It’s a horrible browser that just doesn’t render things properly or support CSS3. I’m even contemplating inserting a modal pop-up window to this blog for users who are using Internet Explorer or older browsers with icons of FireFox and Chrome urging them to get a ‘modern’ browser!

Finished writing the scripts for the modal pop-up for the images and was happy with the results in FireFox and Chrome. I had forgotten about portrait images when I first coded the thing and so the images were extending further than the screen. I’ve no coded it so that it always fits in the screen perfectly. I’m quite happy with it.

Just before I called it quits for the day, I thought I’d give it a shot in Internet Explorer. Greyed out screen but no image? What! Why? My heart was in my mouth. Then I realized the little error down the bottom. Unrecognized ‘Console’ and I was relieved. I forgot to take out the console.log that I had put in the script. I’m just glad that it wasn’t anything major.

Now I’m finally done with tweaking the top slider menu and modal pop-ups. Next I think I’m going to put the following in a box that has a up and down button so that there isn’t a ridiculously long list of images to ruin the aesthetics of that menu.

This is turning into quite a project for me. I guess this is really the first real post here too.
